Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; establishing targeted market share.
  • To accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing action plans with reporting lead.
  • Meets marketing financial objectives as per the goals/plans set.
  • Accomplish enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieving and implementing quality and customer-service standards by team coordination, resolving problems; completing audits.
  • Job Tasks and Responsibilities : Generate Leads/Inquiries and assist sales team to create enough funnel to convert it into Admissions and Generate Revenue.
  • Manage and coordinate in all marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future business.
  • Research customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Develop and Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/programs.
  • Proper execution of the Marketing Plans and Projects.
  • Working on Marketing Platforms including Digital Marketing/Social Media Platforms.
  • Skills like SEO, SMO, SEM, ORM, Digital Marketing, Content Development & Management, Google Analytics, Google Campaigns, Google Adsense, Google Adwords, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Report on all Marketing Activity/Results to reporting lead.
  • Deliver Marketing Activity within Agreed Budget.
  • Report on Key Performance Metrics.
  • Create and deliver Marketing Presentations,
  • Liaising and Networking with a range of stakeholders - Inquiries, Existing Students, coordination with Colleges/Universities - Principals/Directors, TPO's, HOD's, Ambassadors, Students etc.
  • Communicating with target audiences and Managing Customer Relationships.
  • Marketing Inventory management.
  • Maintaining and Updating customer databases on ERP software.
  • Organizing activities and events such as Industry Visits, Seminars/Workshops Or Webinars, Campus Drives, Ambassadors/ Alumni Meets, Referral Drives, Academia Meets - HOD s/Principal & TPOs Meets etc.
  • Teamwork, Team Activities - Supporting the manager and other Team members.
